XRechnung requires the invoice to carry payment instructions (BG-16) - German public buyers must always be told how the amount will be settled.
How to fix it
- Add
cac:PaymentMeanswith at least a payment means code (BT-81), e.g.30for credit transfer. - For credit transfers include the IBAN (BT-84).
- This is stricter than EN 16931, where payment instructions are optional.
