What this error means
Peppol requires a business process identifier (BT-23, cbc:ProfileID) so the receiving access point knows which process the document belongs to.
How to fix it
- Add
cbc:ProfileIDurn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:01:1.0 right after the CustomizationID. - Keep the exact string - a missing segment fails the check.
